The Work Meeting and Student Council Leadership Training is a program introduced by SMP Global Islamic School to develop the leadership skills of students who are part of the Student Council. The event was held from November 14–15, 2025, and is designed not only for the OSIS members but also for the MPK, reflecting the school’s commitment to nurturing responsible and high-integrity young leaders.

 The event started in the afternoon after the class ended, all members of MPK, OSIS organization prayed Ashar in aula before opening session held. On 16.23pm sharing session demissionair started, some organization past members came to share experience to new organization members. After sharing session, the lesson came with the first material from Mr. Ryo about how to make proker. Student will make their proker in a piece of paper, and some of student presented it. The student learnt what organization is, and how to make proker. After that, we had maghrib prayer and tadarus (Al-Quran recitation) in masjid. After that we had dinner in school yard, we made one big circle gather with MPK and OSIS member. After having dinner, we prayed isya in masjid. After that we discussed about Articles of Association and Bylaws (ADART), the meeting was led by chairman and vice chairman. After that, the ADART was validated by chairman and vice chairman.  Plenary session started right away and ended at 22.000. then the member took rest

In the morning, we woke up at 4.00 am to do subuh prayer, and took a bath. Then we had a breakfast at aula before marching and ceremony training. The marching and ceremony training was only for osis member, this training marked the end of student council leader ship training. Closing ceremony was held 09.50am – 10.00am. overall everything went well and fun.
